Advertising and Marketing

We combine our efforts and our dollars to receive greater discounts for advertising in various forms. Members can meet every Friday morning to informally discuss ways to further promote the Heart of Centerville. The organization also meets formally once per month to create plans, implement concepts, and enhance the efforts of everyone involved. A key feature of the Heart membership is a presence on the HOC website which receives thousands of visitors, provides valuable content, and demonstrate social media and search engine optimization. Members receive an individual page that includes logos, photos, business details, social media & website links, and contact information. Each member has unique access and full design capabilities for their specific page. Members are also able to share events and news on the website home page.

Events and Community Involvement

Numerous events are held annually to provide opportunities for the community to visit the Heart of Centerville business and for our organization to implement charitable and fundraising services to benefit our local district. Each HOC member is invited to participate in these grand scale events and offer ideas and suggestions to increase our connection within the community. New and creative events are designed each year as areas for philanthropic assistance and business needs continuously become visible.

Networking and Referrals

Members have many opportunities to meet, talk and share ideas with other small business owners, community groups, and potential customers. They are able to join forces to cross-market with one another and build a cooperative networking circle through meaningful and prolific relationships.This translates into one hundred plus businesses promoting others to all of their customers and contacts. Great changes occur in the community and professional development from building this strong foundation of support.
